bias in service for UKM medic student and non medic student

Guys,i want to share my experience after i went to HUKM hospital last 2 week(the week before raya). I went to HUKM hospital at cheras as i want to get some medical treatment for my fingerfeet. I seek the reception counter and i told them i was a UKM student from Bangi campus.they ask me to go to the 1st floor which is the `klinik warga' specially for Ukm student and employees. After i reach at the 1st floor receptionist, i gave my matric card to the receptionist. However she told me to go to Pusat Kesihatan@ PK at Ukm Bangi to get the medical treatment as i am a UKM bangi student. Then there was a men suddenly told to me with `uncofortable' face that HUKM and `klinik warga' just accept HUKM student and their employees ONLY. After he and she told me the same things again and again, i just go out with very tempered heart .

I just want to ask something,why should HUKM comparing between medic student and non-medic student as we are also UKM student and student from HUKM is also under UKM surveilance. Thats all..
